Job summary

Domino's in the United States is seeking a store leader responsible for all results in assigned stores. You will drive food quality, labor efficiency and service levels while upholding Domino's standards.

The role includes monthly P&L reviews with your supervisor, ensuring staffing and training, managing budgets, and supervising inventory, safety, and maintenance across the stores. You will lead a team, uphold a 50+ hour work week requirement with one on-call day, and implement new products

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple shift teams in a fast-food environment.
• Proven ability to meet food, labor and service goals.
• Strong knowledge of Domino's operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Insuring food, labor and service goals are within goal.
• P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day.
• Ensure stores meet Domino’s standards and are staffed and trained.
• Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Ensure stores run at a minimum 4 star level.
• Complete all reports and paperwork timely.
• Maintain store budgets and inventory checks monthly.
