Job summary

Domino’s in Denver seeks a Store Manager to drive performance across assigned locations. You will oversee food, labor and service goals, perform monthly P&L reviews with supervision, and maintain budgets while ensuring standards and safety across all stores.

The role requires a minimum 50-hour week with on-call coverage and regular staff training. You will implement new products and ensure 4-star operations across the stores.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensuring food, labor and service goals are within goal.
• P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day.
• Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
• Ensure all stores are staffed and training of all team members.
• Maintenance and repairs in all stores are kept up.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly across stores.
• Ensure all stores run at a minimum 4 star level.
• Self OERs are performed in the first week of each period and corrections made.
• Evaluations and raises are completed as needed and paperwork and D.O. notified.
• Follow through of assignments and timely reports and paperwork.
• Store level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.
• Knowledge of product and operational standards.
• All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order.
• Store budgets maintained.
• All school lunches are prepared and delivered within required standards.
• Provide accurate accountability and maintain paper trail.
• All equipment available and utilized correctly.
• Inventory checks performed monthly at each store.
• Systems checklist and visit books are used and maintained.
• All information kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
