Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in multi-store operations.
• Understanding of food, labor and service metrics.
• Ability to drive standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals are met.
• P&L reviews with direct supervisor each month.
• Maintain minimum 50 hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed Domino's standards.
• Staffing and training of team members.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance across stores.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Maintain a minimum 4-star level across stores.
• Perform self-OERs in the first week and apply corrections.
• Conduct evaluations and raises; complete paperwork.
• Ensure timely completion of reports and paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of product and operational standards.
• Follow safety and security procedures and keep equipment working.
• Maintain store budgets.
• Prepare and deliver school lunches to required standards.
• Provide accurate accountability and paper trail.
• Ensure equipment is available and used correctly.
• Perform monthly inventory checks.
• Maintain system checklists and visit books in use.
