The Role

The Multi Unit Fitness Manager oversees 1-2 Orangetheory locations, sourcing, recruiting, and developing fitness talent, ensuring customer growth and retention, and leading teams to meet KPIs. The role requires problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and evaluate coaches
• Allocate managerial time across studios based on needs
• Review and educate on KPIs
• Develop staff with a focus on sales and member engagement
• Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
• Plan educational workshops
• Engage members to keep attrition below 4%
• Train coaches to promote the heart-rate monitor with memberships
