Worlds of Fun is seeking anexperienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining locations across the park, from quick-service stands to restaurants and catering. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest satisfaction, high quality service, and safety with accountability for revenue, labor, and inventory.

The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years in multi-unit, high-volume F&B operations and a relevant associate degree, plus strong knowledge of health codes and permits.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate health and safety regulations and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily F&B operations across locations.
• Manage staffing, production, and inventory to meet guest demand.
• Resolve guest concerns and implement service recovery strategies.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a large seasonal and year-round team.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health codes.
• Coordinate with park leadership for events and budgeting.
• Drive revenue through product mix, pricing strategies, and promotions.
