Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead multiple restaurants and drive results across the region. You will partner with restaurant leaders to set strategy, coach teams, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
