Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee 6 locations in the Chattanooga area. You will lead, mentor, and develop restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

In this full-time role, you will coach General Managers, manage labor and food costs, and ensure brand standards across all sites while driving sales growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven track record of improving restaurant operations and achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Strong understanding of restaurant labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, people-first leadership style.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant environment.
• Ability to travel regularly between Chattanooga-area restaurants.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ensure restaurants meet company expectations for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational execution.
• Implement company initiatives and execute training and development programs.
• Build a positive, accountable culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and high performance.
• Coach General Managers on leadership, restaurant operations, financial performance, and team development.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and follow up on identified opportunities.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development.
• Partner with company leadership to achieve market and organizational goals.

What You'll Do
