Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of Dunkin' locations. You will develop and implement regional strategies to help meet goals and support overall business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, coaching, and hands-on guidance to Restaurant Managers, with a focus on sales, guest experience, staffing and training. Franchise relationship is emphasized; the franchisee will be your employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older where required by law.
• Strong guest service, time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide business strategy into day-to-day execution with coaching for Restaurant Managers.
• Drive sales and profit by providing operational support and expertise.
• Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained.
