Qualifications

• Ability to work across multiple settings while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to bend, lift, walk, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and common office software.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs and special events.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across animal care, retail, food service, and warehouse environments to ensure efficient program and business performance.
• Assist primary staff with feeding, cleaning, stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment during high-demand periods.
• Work alongside participants during assigned tasks, reinforcing job expectations, routines, and basic workplace skills under supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces for staff, visitors, customers, and participants.
• Assist with customer and visitor interactions, providing basic information, service support, and a welcoming experience.
• Adapt to changing priorities and provide support across multiple departments as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and operational procedures across all work environments.
• Support special events, weekend operations, and peak business periods as needed.
