Job summary

Meyer’s Tails Up Farm in Belvidere, Illinois is seeking a 1st Impressions Team Member to greet guests, manage tours, reservations, and information about services. You will communicate with customers empathetically, guide them to optimal plans for their pets, and help build WOW experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in customer service and retail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Related Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales
• Experience working with sensitive situations, helping to develop WOW experiences(Both feminine and masculine customers)
• MS Office Skills
• Speed to multi-task in high energy environment
• The Ideal Candidate is: A team player with outstanding communication skills
• Empathetic to the issues our customers are facing, and the ability to lead them to using our facility

Responsibilities

• You must be comfortable making outgoing calls, emails throughout the day and meet and greet customers consistently.
• For new clients, being a guide while soft-selling and being a champion for our farm.
• For clients who have used the farm, discuss and document their experiences (i.e. what was done well and what needs improvement).
• For clients who did not use our farm, discuss and document why and what we can do to improve the process.
