Qualifications

• General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or other operational leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational results.

• Drive sales volume and profitability using all channels in a changing environment.
• Execute company-wide initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to maximize results.
