Job summary

Diventures Travel, LLC is seeking a Travel Program Director to lead its wholesale and retail scuba diving travel operations. You'll drive supplier partnerships, product development, and pricing strategies while ensuring exceptional client service and revenue growth across segments.

You will mentor travel specialists, align cross-functional teams, and uphold regulatory standards, with willingness to travel for business development and partner engagement.

• Significant leadership experience in a travel agency or hospitality setting.
• Proven success in operations management and in developing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day wholesale and retail travel operations, maintaining process efficiency and high client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, dive resorts, and partner organizations.
• Direct travel product development, procurement, and pricing across group, individual, and special-event bookings.
• Set and track performance metrics and targets for the travel team to drive revenue growth.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to expand Diventures Travel, LLC's reach to existing and new customer segments.
• Uphold industry best practices and regulatory compliance across travel operations.
• Mentor and support travel specialists in delivering top-tier customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Champion operational improvements and innovation across travel products and services.
