Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting a Multi Trader for reactive maintenance across social housing properties in Brent. You will perform repairs in occupied and void flats, ensuring high-quality work and safety while prioritising resident satisfaction.

The role requires proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence. A van and fuel card are provided, with a 42.5‑hour week and CIS pay structure.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Multi Trader to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.

The Role:

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
• Repair and maintain occupied properties
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
