Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Merton, South London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our complex works and disrepair team in South London.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.

You’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver a first class service to properties in Merton and surrounding areas.
2. Perform maintenance and repairs in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring, and roofing.
3. Provide good customer care.

Requirements

1. Valid UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided for work use only).
2. Eligibility to work in the UK (Clarion cannot offer visa sponsorship).
3. Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
