Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first-class service to our properties covering Merton and surrounding areas.

A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to their specialist trades and secondary trades. The works should be completed efficiently and within deadlines.

As an operative in the London Region, you’ll be eligible for an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
