You will handle resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot heating systems, and repair appliances, plus perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile work and painting as needed.

Ideal candidates are hands-on problem solvers who can lift heavy items, use standard maintenance tools safely, and collaborate with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and quick problem solving.
• Ability to troubleshoot heating systems and repair appliances.
• Capability to operate hand and power tools safely.
