Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. seeks a Dedicated Advanced Service Technician in Lithia Springs, GA to perform 24/7 maintenance and repair at RaceTrac Travel Center and EDO stores. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility.

The role requires knowledge across HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fuel systems, plus the ability to handle tools, operate MS Office, and lift up to 50 pounds. Retail maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge and repair procedures required.
• Ability to use common tools and office equipment required.
• Food and Beverage equipment repair knowledge preferred
• Fuel dispenser and pump repair knowledge preferred
• Technical School training in HVACR or electrical preferred
• Experience in a retail maintenance environment preferred
• Basic Microsoft office knowledge
• 4+ years work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolves maintenance and services issues at the RaceTrac Travel Center to ensure full operability 24/7.
• Treatment of stained areas with chemical degreaser and pressure wash sections of the store daily.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, and all other work areas.
• Maintains all trash on site during their shift.
• Ensures each job is performed with high skill and customer service.
• Serves as a knowledge expert in HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment systems.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory on site.
• Provides project support to cross-functional departments.
• Responds to ad hoc maintenance requests from store personnel.
• Keeps knowledge of local/state facility guidelines as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned and cross-trains with other ASTs.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend/reach as required.
