Job summary

Woodland Pond in New Paltz, NY is seeking an experienced Maintenance Project Technician to complete assigned projects, sometimes working independently, with hands-on trade tasks. You will own project completion, coordinate with the Director and stakeholders, maintain tools, and adapt to a flexible day schedule.

A high school diploma and multi-trade competency are required, along with a valid NYS driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or HSE is required.
• Demonstrated successful experience completing multi-trade skill projects.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software; experience with Worxhub is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes Work Order information and other required logs on Worxhub using provided tablets and computers.
• Performs tasks such as kitchen cabinet replacement, door installation, bathroom renovation, tile, concrete work, light plumbing and electrical, drywall, etc.
• Owns project completion in scope of time, quality and coordination with Director and stakeholders
• Maintains assigned and company tools, supplies, materials in working order; works solo or with others
• Provides direction to other staff assigned to project(s) and completes all required training
• All other duties as assigned
