American Avenue is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain homes in our metro area. You will travel daily to properties, perform general maintenance across carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.

You will document conditions with handheld devices, manage move-in/out turnovers, and uphold safety with EPA/OSHA standards. The role offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and property turns.
• Advanced plumbing and HVAC certifications highly preferred.
• Strong communication for resident and team interactions.
• Own tools and have a truck or van.
• Valid driver's license; reside nearby.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiar with building codes, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Professional appearance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain homes.
