Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in handyman, property maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related trades.
• Ability to diagnose issues and communicate with customers.
• Comfortable working independently and completing repairs to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues accurately and complete approved repairs.
• Perform residential and commercial service calls with professional workmanship.
• Take clear photos before, during, and after work and document completed repairs.
• Submit accurate job notes and estimates and maintain digital work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and communicate with the office.
