Job summary

Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced General Handyman Technicians / Property Maintenance Technicians to provide reliable residential repair and maintenance services throughout Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.

The role covers general handyman tasks, plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, flooring, painting, carpentry, roofing repairs, and related maintenance. Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years handyman/property maintenance experience.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose repair issues accurately and select approved work orders.
• Complete work orders professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with customers and office staff.
• Take clear before, during, and after photos; provide detailed job notes and completion reports.
• Submit accurate estimates when required.
