Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in handyman, property maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related trades preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues accurately and complete approved repairs professionally and efficiently.
• Perform residential and commercial service calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Take clear photos before, during, and after work and document the completed repairs.
• Submit accurate job notes, estimates and detailed completion reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete digital work orders on time.
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff and follow company procedures.
