Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is expanding our professional contractor network and seeking experienced General Handyman Technicians / Property Maintenance Technicians to provide reliable residential repair and maintenance services throughout Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.
We are looking for skilled, dependable, and experienced technicians who can independently complete a wide range of residential repair projects, including general handyman services, plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, flooring, painting, carpentry, roofing repairs, and property maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the capability to complete various residential repair projects independently.
The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, completing approved work orders, documenting completed work, communicating professionally with customers and our office team, and maintaining high-quality workmanship on every service call.

Applicants should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handyman, property maintenance, construction, or related trades preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential repairs and maintenance
- Experience with plumbing and electrical repairs required
- Ability to handle multiple repair categories independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills
