Job summary

Waukesha State Bank is seeking an Associate Maintenance Specialist to join our Facilities Team in Waukesha County. You'll gain hands-on experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety systems while helping keep our locations safe and functional.

As part of a dependable, eager-to-learn group, you will troubleshoot problems, perform preventative maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to improving our facilities. This is an onsite role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Interest in building maintenance and hands-on problem solving.
• Ability to obtain background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment across facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service contractors for repairs.
• Assist with groundskeeping and safety/compliance tasks.
• Help keep 17 locations safe, comfortable and operational.
