SpartanNash in Bluefield, Virginia is seeking an Order Selector to pick, palletize, and wrap products for customer orders. Roles may involve operating powered equipment and working in dry, refrigerated, or freezer areas.

Starting rate is $19.50 per hour. Excellent benefits include PTO, holidays, healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance, disability coverage, and parental leave after six months.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior order selecting experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Must perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature areas (freezer, cooler, dry).
• Must follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Locate and lift cases, boxes, bags, and pallets for delivery using order sheets or audio headset.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and inspect equipment.
• Report damaged items, quality issues, and low stock.
• Wrap products securely to prevent damage.
• Additional duties as needed.
