Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive success across several stores within the district. You will delegate tasks, mentor Team Members, and report to the General Manager to uphold high standards while moving between locations.

This role offers an energetic, fast-paced environment with evening shifts, competitive pay, and substantial benefits. You will travel locally to support nearby stores and contribute to a growing store network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).
• Able to perform physical tasks: repeated bending, standing, lifting up to 20 lb alone and up to 40 lb with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive, high-energy store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
