Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board invites applications for a Full-Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2) at our FWGS stores. This itinerant role travels to multiple stores within the district, leading shifts, assisting customers, stocking, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Based in Munhall store #0271 with travel as needed, you will train clerks, complete shift reports, and support inventory and cash records while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Six months of retail sales work.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Guide store staff and support smooth operations throughout each shift
• Customer Support: Assist shoppers and promote a positive experience in the store
• Store Operations: Manage tasks such as stocking, organizing, and handling sales transactions
• Staff Training: Provide direction and on the job instruction to less experienced clerks
• Reporting Duties: Complete shift reports and assist with inventory and cash related records
