Job summary

Victra is seeking a District Manager to guide 10–15 store locations in the district and lead a sales team to exceed quotas. You will recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers, manage staffing levels, and coordinate with the Regional Sales Director to optimize performance across all locations.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and the capacity to analyze sales data to drive profitability while upholding company policies and exceptional customer service.
