Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Retail sales environment.
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel 75% or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10-15 store locations with the sales team and provide mentorship.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Store Managers across district.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on district status and needs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and merchandising standards.
• Drive district sales, manage inventory, and monitor expenses.
