Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required or 5 years’ experience in facilities/ construction engineering related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: Experience working on cross‑functional teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Assemble management plans and define project scope and objectives.
• Lead project teams and oversee multiple stores.
• Track plan changes and resolve critical issues; monitor budgets and costs.
• Deliver presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
