• OR 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, construction, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope and objectives
• Lead a team and oversee many stores
• Assemble management plans and track changes to plans
• Manage governance of project plans and monitor budgets/costs
• Deliver presentations and status reports to stakeholders; proficient in MS Office
