• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required or 5 years of related experience in facilities/engineering/construct ion management.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope of work and project objectives; lead a team across multiple stores.
• Assemble management plans; track changes and resolve critical issues; govern project plans.
• Monitor budgets and costs for projects and deliver presentations and status reports to stakeholders.
