Job summary

Scooter's Coffee is seeking a District Manager to lead 4-6 stores across the Western Nebraska district, including Ogallala, North Platte, Kearney, and Lexington. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales, and build strong leadership within a fast-paced franchise network.

This hands-on role requires travel, coaching, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences, brand standards, and people development across the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–6 Scooter's Coffee locations within a district.
• Recruit, train, and retain Store Managers and leaders.
• Develop future leaders and maintain high performance.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition for teams.
• Uphold brand standards and 3 Amazings in all stores.
• Drive sales, profitability, and district metrics.
• Monitor KPIs; take data-driven actions to improve ops.
• Travel regularly to support stores across the district.
