Job summary

Freedom Enterprises, LLC, a Scooter's Coffee franchisee, seeks a District Manager to lead 4-6 locations in Western Nebraska. You will coach store managers, develop leadership, and ensure exceptional service while upholding Scooter's Coffee's standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires travel across Ogallala, North Platte, Kearney, Lexington and surrounding communities to coach teams, optimize operations, and grow sales.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations.
• Strong coaching, team development, and accountability skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive improvement.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Western Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 4-6 Scooter's Coffee locations within the district.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain Store Managers and leadership teams.
• Develop future leaders and maintain a positive culture.
• Coach, support, and identify opportunities for improvement during store visits.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and district performance.
• Monitor KPIs and create action plans to improve operations and guest satisfaction.
• Travel regularly across Western Nebraska to support stores and teams.
