DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a detail-oriented title professional for the Centralized Title Group in East Mesa. The role focuses on reviewing vehicle titles to ensure compliance with multi-state guidelines and underwriting titles from multiple platforms to guarantee negotiability and transfer.

You will collaborate with DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to resolve encumbrances, maintain timely title distribution, and support inventory movement through Excel and databases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Titles experience a plus (or a role that required high attention to detail).
• Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays 7am-4pm.

Responsibilities

• Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure title and all supporting documents adhere to multi-state rules for title acceptance.
• Partner with DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to resolve title encumbrances and transfer titles.
• Audit and maintain integrity of title movements to ensure timely distribution to dealerships, auctions, vendors and insurers.
• Learn and utilize Excel-based applications and multiple databases for daily workflow.
