Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our Dallas team, supporting nationwide payroll operations across multiple states. You will process payroll, perform reconciliations, maintain employee records, and provide analysis and reporting to ensure accurate and compliant payroll practices.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of payroll experience, proficiency with UKG Pro and Deltek, strong Excel skills, and a disciplined approach to audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of payroll experience with multi-state payroll processing
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with payroll tax setup, compliance, and reporting
• Familiarity with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and Deltek systems
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and audits

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll information through collection, calculation, and entry of payroll data
• Process multiple payrolls utilizing third-party payroll software
• Set up and maintain employee records across multiple systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Perform quarterly audits of earnings, tax, and deduction codes
• Reconcile wages and payroll-related accounts
• Assist with payroll tax reporting and tax setups for work and resident locations
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll matters
• Prepare payroll reports and analyses as requested
• Assist with timecard administration and tracking
• Partner with Finance on payroll-related requests
• Support prevailing wage payroll requirements and compliance activities
