Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance product filings or a related role.
• Experience handling multi-state rate, rule, and form filings.
• Experience responding to regulator objections and information requests.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance products, SERFF, state regulations, ISO, and NCCI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage rate, rule, and form filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of filings including revisions and approvals.
• Review state requirements for appropriate filing approaches.
• Draft filing support materials including memoranda and implementation guidance.
• Respond to regulator questions and objections in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with teams to implement approved filings.
• Maintain accurate records of filings and track status.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders on filing status.
