Job summary

Flynn Hospitality is seeking a Compliance & Audit Manager at our corporate office in Irving, Texas. The role oversees regulatory compliance, audit coordination, documentation, and issue resolution across a growing hospitality portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a strong audit background, experience managing compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions, and the ability to identify risks and drive corrective actions with Finance, Operations, and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field required.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in compliance, audit, accounting, regulatory oversight, or related discipline.
• Strong experience managing or supporting state or local audits required.
• Experience responding to agency notices, assessments, and regulatory inquiries required.
• Multi-state and multi-entity compliance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits across state and local jurisdictions and coordinate documentation.
• Serve as primary internal contact for regulatory audits and inquiries.
• Develop corrective action plans with internal departments.
• Maintain audit files, documentation, and compliance calendars.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and external advisors on compliance.
