Stotler Hayes Group is a small to mid-size law firm with a national footprint and a fully remote practice model. We are seeking a Multi-State Associate Attorney actively licensed in two or more jurisdictions to join our remote team and handle matters across civil litigation, probate, Medicaid eligibility, and administrative appeals.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• High level of organization, time management, and personal accountability.
• Ability to travel for in-person hearings, trainings & meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents for matters across civil litigation, probate, Medicaid eligibility, and administrative appeals.
• Appear before courts and administrative agencies on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with clients and financial institutions and provide strategic legal guidance.

We are a small to mid-size law firm with a national footprint and a fully remote practice model. Our attorneys work from home offices and/or co-working spaces across the United States, supported by experienced paralegals a centralized operations staff based mainly at our headquarters. We are seeking a Multi-State Associate Attorney actively licensed in two or more of the following jurisdictions:

• Self-directed and disciplined in a remote environment
• Interested in long-term growth within a supportive firm structure
• Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement
• Administrative appeals
• Civil litigation
• Probate and estate claims

Prior experience in one or more of these areas is preferred, but curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to client advocacy are equally important.

W-2, full-time position

Regular business hours, Monday–Friday, aligned to your respective U.Fully remote with limited travel only as required for hearings or proceedings and firm events
