Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead children in fun, educational activities and ensure safety. Previous experience with children and a passion for youth development are preferred.

Coaches may work 5–25 classes per week and earn $20–$45 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for travel up to 45 minutes. Classes take place across multiple locations in Inwood, Bronx, Westchester and CT; flexible schedule, on-site work, and opportunities for growth including potential

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer + Sports Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20/hr up to $45/hr.

And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Location

Classes are held across schools, parks and recreational centers in Inwood, Bronx, Westchester and Lower Fairfield County, CT. Coaches are expected to travel up to 45 minutes to get to a class location. Mileage reimbursement available for coaches traveling more than 15 miles to a location.

Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS
Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM.
Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.
Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred.
