Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Youth Sports Instructor to enhance the experience for kids and parents. The instructor will coach multiple sports such as soccer, basketball, flag football, baseball, and more, across various age groups.

The role involves hands-on practices and games with a focus on fun, learning, and sportsmanship. The instructor should be capable of coaching several sports, be a positive role model for athletes and parents, and participate in practices, games, and skill development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
• Ability to maintain safety and take charge in any situation.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
