Job summary

The After School Program Coach/Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes during i9 Sports Camps, After School Enrichment, or Clinic Programming. The counselor provides instruction and is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field or court.

Responsibilities include leading sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun; implementing creative sports-based school-yard games; teaching core concepts

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with kids in a sports environment preferred.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge preferred.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Ability to work respective program schedule (no overnight), Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
