Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of production personnel, ensuring safe and productive operations.
• Approve time cards and manage time off for all direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate and assign work to operators based on production priorities and capabilities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and minimizing downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to operators during production.
