Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking a Maintenance & Repair Technician to support our multi-spindle screw machines, including Wickman and ACME equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and assist with machine setups to ensure high production availability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on safety and quality. This on-site role requires physical work and overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in setup, operation, maintenance, and repair of Wickman or ACME multi-spindle screw machines.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic and corrective maintenance on Wickman/ACME machines to maximize availability.
• Identify root causes of malfunctions and execute rapid repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments for diverse runs.
• Inspect equipment for wear and document repair histories and parts usage.
• Provide guidance to operators on proper care, safety, and best practices.
• Maintain thorough maintenance logs and contribute to process improvements.
