Job summary

PeaceHealth in Washington state is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time day shift. The role floats among Cardiology, Wound, Endocrinology and Interventional Pain departments, with no weekends and major holidays off.

The salary range is $26.76–$36.03 per hour and the position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. As part of the clinical team, you will prepare patients, assist with exams, administer injections, manage supplies, and help with scheduling and EMR data entry,

Qualifications

• WA State MA Certification is required.
• Accredited program or MOA pathway considered.
• 1 year clinical office experience preferred.
• Must obtain MA-Certified credential within 12 months (WA).

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for examination and treatment; records vitals.
• Prepares exam/treatment rooms; maintains supplies and equipment.
• Administers injections and basic wound care per provider orders.
• May assist scheduling and data entry in EMR.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
