Job summary

Required are a high school diploma or GED and active CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA certification, with BLS/CPR on file. Strong computer skills and a commitment to patient confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certifications required or in progress within six months of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient patient flow and identifies patients for examinations.
• Assist with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and related procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe exam rooms per protocols.
• Communicate with patients and care team to support care delivery.
• Perform delegated duties and follow supervisor or manager instructions.
