About The Role

As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

1. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
2. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
3. Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage task completion using available systems.
4. Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
5. Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations; report violations.
6. Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
7. Follow defined duties, methods, and tasks in detail, delivering output under close supervision.

What You’ll Need

1. High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience and education may be combined if no diploma.
2. Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads over 50 lbs.
3. Ability to follow work routines and standards.
4. Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
