Job summary

7‑Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Multi Skilled Technician I to help keep our stores running smoothly. You will complete POS and fuel dispenser upgrades, join a strike team for service calls, and manage maintenance orders, ensuring store equipment remains reliable.

The role requires 1+ years in repairs, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 50% with flexible hours. We offer a sign-on bonus, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete point-of-sale upgrades, fuel dispenser upgrades, and other specialized projects.
• Serve on a strike team to support markets during maintenance staffing shortages.
• Manage and fulfill orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Perform additional duties such as training technicians, prioritize assigned work orders, and conduct basic structural maintenance.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a Multi Skilled Technician I, you’ll:

• Complete point of sale upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser upgrades and other specialized projects
• Serve on a strike team to support markets with service calls during In-House Maintenance technician staffing shortages
• Manage and fulfill orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain parts inventory and complete daily reports to support operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties such as training technicians, prioritize assigned work orders, and conduct basic structural maintenance

What You Bring to the Table:

• Travel and Scheduling: The ability to travel 50% of the time or greater with the ability to work flexible hours defined by the project
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
• Identification: Valid Driver’s License (with real ID or equivalent for air travel)
• Skills: Show leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership and time management

Pay: $18.00 -$32.00 Hourly
