Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep store equipment running smoothly across locations. You will lead and assist on POS and fuel system upgrades, while supporting markets with maintenance staffing and urgent service calls.

The role requires travel, a HS diploma or GED, and at least 1+ year of maintenance experience. Expect opportunities for growth, paid time off, and a competitive benefits package.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a Multi Skilled Technician I , you’ll:

• Complete point of sale upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser upgrades and other specialized projects
• Serve on a strike team to support markets with service calls during In-House Maintenance technician staffing shortages
• Manage and fulfill orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain parts inventory and complete daily reports to support operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties such as training technicians, prioritize assigned work orders, and conduct basic structural maintenance

What You Bring to the Table:

• Travel and Scheduling: The ability to travel 50% of the time or greater with the ability to work flexible hours defined by the project
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
• Identification: Valid Driver’s License (with real ID or equivalent for air travel)
• Skills: Show leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership and time management

Pay: $18.00 -$32.00 Hourly
