7-Eleven in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep store equipment in top condition, including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.

• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Perform training of other level I technicians and assist with prioritizing work.

Your Day‑to‑Day: As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I, you’ll:

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in‑store equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers)
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiencyPerform additional duties such as training other level I technicians, prioritizing work, basic maintenance on structures, etc.

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Skills: Show leadership, peer‑to‑peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management
